Job summary

We are looking for a Finance Project Analyst Sr to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating financial information, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making. The role requires advanced knowledge of finance, costs, and accounting, as well as proficiency in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial information for projects, including cost positions and expenses, to prepare management reports and support project decisions.
• Provide daily support to the project team on budget-related matters.
• Analyze the handover budget.
• Prepare the project cost structure and implement it in SAP and other cost control tools.
• Establish cost control processes and practices in accordance with the company's methodologies.
• Update the project budget continuously and ensure its consistency across different project areas.
• Prepare monthly analyses of budget variations and sensitivity analyses.
• Identify and value potential risks and opportunities.
• Participate in the preparation of Variation Orders.
• Assist in preparing monthly project reports and ensure their reliability.
• Ensure a participatory environment in the project for cost control.
• Provide feedback to the BA on any deviations in the budget.
• Provide cost information for internal and external audits.
• Participate in the close-out of the project.

Qualifications

• Superior degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering.
• Desirable post-graduate degree or specialization in Finance, Projects, and/or Cost Control.
• Advanced knowledge of finance, costs, and accounting.
• Advanced English.
• Excel advanced.
• Specialization, certifications, and courses in the areas of Costs, Finance, or Project Management are desirable.
• SAP user.
