    Sales Manager Position

    We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to develop lasting relationships while continuously expanding business by selling value and solutions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales targets within assigned territory, business line, and time frame as defined by the manager.
    • Support recurring Sales and Strategy Plan.
    • Identify potential clients and projects.
    • Discover new business opportunities within own field of expertise and outside when working at customer site, and outside own field of expertise but in line with agreed business plans.
    • Presentation of identified opportunities effectively and convincingly to the customer.
    • Familiarity with customers' organization: decision-makers and influencers.
    • Obtain market information, evaluate market trends, and gather competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
    • Regular visits to customers following ROSEN guidelines and propose new products.
    • Planning and advertisement of exhibitions and promotional activities with Regional Marketing.
    • Identification, analysis, counteraction, and securing tailored inquiries factoring competitions and ROSEN.
    • Recommendations for pre-qualification and tendering.
    • Order intake forecast and report to the Business Line Head.
    • Maintenance of current and development of new relationships and follow-up with clients.
    • Maintenance and enhancement of client loyalty and partnership.
    • Address issues and solve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Closing deals and providing after-sales services.
    • Review of contract-related non-conformities and contractual terms and conditions.
    • Development of mutual understanding of risk versus value of the technical proposal with the customer.
    • Communication, networking, and influencing colleagues within own and related discipline and project teams.
    • Adherence to quality principles and procedures, giving routine advice on quality matters.
    • Application of project handover processes together with the Project Management Team.
    • Maintenance of updated client information within CRM on a daily basis and definition of strategies based on this information.

    About You:

    • Professional graduation in Engineering.
    • At least 5 years of successful experience in Sales and Negotiations developed within the Oil and Gas sector.
    • Experience in Business Development.
    • Relevant Oil and Gas market knowledge.
    • Orientation to commercial processes: CRM, sales planning, account management, among others.
    • International working experience is a plus.
    • Availability to travel.
    • English level B2 as defined by the CEFR standards.
    • Strategic approach.
    • Technical, Commercial, Customer Orientation, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills.
    • Team-oriented, social, and leadership skills compatible with the company's core values.
