Sr. Project Planner (FIXED TERM)

The Role is part of the In Market Team and is responsible for leading local projects such as:

New Product Introduction, promopacks, supply chain/commercial fast innovations and she/he will be the focal point on Kenvue store project.

She/He will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects starting from the definition through to introduction into the market, with high interaction with the supply and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads local NPI/promopacks (New product introduction) for local manufactured and imported projects and leads supply chain/commercial projects – guarantees implementation on time, at cost, in compliance and with a flawless execution and supply reliability;
• Leads Kenvue store project, managing product availability and inventory, days on hand and sell out, ensuring a high service level.
• Builds and prioritizes project teams, delegates assignments, establishes accountability and deadlines to drive business results;
• Leads, influences, and negotiates to ensure deliverables exceeds expectations and are of the highest quality;
• Develops plans for process improvement involving organizational change and development to achieve goals and objectives - Anticipates issues and barriers that may impede progress;
• Leads and works within a cross-functional team environment to develop process improvement initiatives as well as establishing budgetary guidelines for multiple projects;
• Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities;
• Meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency, and business value.

QualificationsRequirements

• College degree
• Project management experience is required
• Advanced English is required
• Spanish (intermediate/advanced) is a plus
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to details, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Strong team working and relationship building skills
• Knowledge in MS project is desirableLocation/Cia.
