    We're seeking ambitious and thoughtful Customer Service advocates to join our team at GrabrFi. If you're passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers and shaping the future of customer service at GrabrFi, we want to hear from you.

    Assisting customers is a vital responsibility. Our aim is to cultivate trust and loyalty by listening to their needs and guiding them to maximize the benefits of our products. Join us in creating happy, passionate, and loyal customers at GrabrFi.

    What we're looking for in hard-skills:

    • You are fluent and eloquent in spoken & written English & Spanish or English & Portuguese (you get extra points if you speak the three languages -mandatory-).
    • You have at least 2–3 years of experience, providing top-notch support via phone/call center, email, social media accounts, and chat/WhatsApp in a banking/fintech environment (mandatory).
    • You are familiar with CRMs and how they work.
    • You can work nights shifts, holidays and weekends.

    • You're consultative in nature, with a high degree of empathy to identify and understand customer pains, goals, and opportunities.

    • Patience, grace, and a sense of humor.
    • You have a keen eye for detail, and can help investigate, and report bugs customers may bring to us.
    • You can actively communicate with other team members using Slack, keep up with daily updates shared across our channels.
