What we look for in you: University degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or related areas. 3+ years' experience in in finance positions in national/multinational companies. Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English. Strong MS application skills especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Accounting and ERP systems knowledge. SAP / GPM knowledge is an asset. Possess effective communication style and good presentation skills.

Availability to work in São Paulo/SP Your daily routine:

Support the monthly closing process and assist the local financial team in preparing the FCF and Market entity balance sheet (BCS upload).

Proactive review of data loaded in BWP, IBP, and GPM (SAP Business Warehouse). Take responsibility to project the balance sheet for Market business, reflecting all results (e.g., AR, AP, Inventories). Analyze working capital and free cash flow (FCF) of the Market business. Perform variance analysis between the various planned exercises. Control and provide improvements in the pricing process (e.g., RSP, Margins, taxes), defining deadlines and adequate workflow. Review/calculate PIRs. Inbound freight control, ensuring cost consciousness to contribute to financial target achievement.

Prepare regular reporting dashboard to update relevant stakeholders on actual results Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Perform other ad hoc analysis as requested by the FP&A Manager, and necessitated by business requirements We'll love it if you have:
