Senior Product Manager | Team Lead Product - Cards LATAM Adyen is looking for a passionate Team Lead for our Cards Product Team in Latin America, to scale our Cards Payments Solution across the region while also engaging on projects and initiatives that drive value to our merchants globally.

The role takes ownership end to end on our cards capabilities from establishing new connections to build, maintain and scale all stages of the payments life-cycle (eg. authorization, clearing, reconciliation etc.).

The product and engineering cards Latam team are currently based in our offices in São Paulo, São José dos Campos and Mexico City.

In this role you will:

Use your understanding of the Latin America Payment Landscape to scale our Cards offering in the regionUse your product sense to identify opportunities and define (technical) product solutions for the regionWork closely with your product team and engineers to work on foundation, scalability and new products/featuresGuide your product team and will not shy away from being hands-onListen to our merchants, engineers, and partners to find and work on problems that Adyen is uniquely positioned to solveOversee the full regional portfolio of Card Payment Methods and intersect with multiple technical and commercial teamsBe responsible for executing against Adyen's local and global strategic goals while contributing to the strategyWho you are: Product Management - You have 7-10 years in Product Management for software companies within the Payments or Financial Technology spaceYou are a strong Product leader, with at least 4 years experience as a managerExperience - you ideally have 4+ years of experience in the Payments domainYou have a scalability mindset and balance well new features, technical debit and foundational projectsMarket Informed - You are familiar with Cards Payment Methods in the region and have a point of view on how they are evolvingMindset - You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to form a vision and work with the engineering teams to implement thatOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
