Tech Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with Data Cloud experience to support a strategic initiative focused on reducing customer churn by integrating and enriching customer data across multiple platforms. This role will work closely with the Salesforce Architect, data engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to ingest, unify, and expose data within Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).

• Lead end-to-end ingestion and mapping of customer data from Salesforce CRM, Siebel, Azure/Microsoft Fabric, Oracle,
• Design build maintain identity account unification rules produce accurate matching golden records create scalable repeatable pipelines ingestion transformation mapping controlled promotion environments including Data kits enhance Salesforcerecords related lists dynamic related list custom UI components monitor optimize credit consumption balance cost performance SLAs enable business use enriched segmented activate analytics cases document processes standards runbooks shared enablement resources drive adoption operational continuity lead technical communication able complex concepts architects engineers users leadership
