    The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

    About the Team:
  • Shopee's Operations team takes care of the entire operations process, from the moment a buyer searches for a product on Shopee's platform to the moment the buyer receives the product. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operations performance fluctuates. The Operations team is made up of Customer Service, Payments, Ads, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
    • Job Description:
  • Network optimization projects end-to-end (Design network, validate results and implement with stakeholders);
  • Deliver manpower and equipment planning to ensure ops excellence in a cost-effective manner;
  • Lead build long-term plans for network mesh and capacity automation enablement, according to our strategy for expansion and demand plans;
  • Deliver actionable insights backed by analysis, data & business cases, driving execution in a cross-functional environment;
  • Work upfront to make sure the organization is well-prepared for the future;
  • Analyze execution gaps to improve plans;
  • Work cross-functionally and build key relationships to ensure that decisions are made and actioned which will allow our operations to run as effectively as possible;
  • Support the fulfillment team in project construction and mesh design.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any correlated;
  • Power Bi and SQL (mandatory);
  • Python, Aimms or Supply Chain Guru (desirable);
  • Fluent English (desirable).
