Customer Success Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a remote Customer Success Manager to own customer portfolios, achieve retention, expansion, adoption and advocacy outcomes by working closely with leadership to set clear goals, create practical plans for onboarding customers and delivering measurable value through autonomy while trying new approaches in coaching. The role involves helping success teams manage risk early on by executing save plans which monitor health signals of usage as well as identifying risks that lead to discover business use cases or pain points requiring design configuration workflows solving problems clearly documenting present solution capture learnings improving playbooks contributing voice-customer insights towards roadmap development
