    Job Title Service Implementation Coordinator Job Description As a Service Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide people-management and/or strategic leadership and direction of employees and teams responsible for the delivery of implementation, adoption, optimization & professional services function within the market


    Your role:
    Work closely with account teams to help close business and grow professional services revenue. Identifies areas of solution & service delivery improvement. Liaises between customers, R&D, product management, sales, customer support and technical services to resolve product, status and service inquiries. Manages escalations, when necessary, and ensures service recovery and other actions to resolve service-related issues. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships and increase customer success.

    Understand local customers' environments, local challenges and regulations and leverage this information to ensure overall customer success with our solutions, products and services.

    Collaborate with product & BG teams to build technology & services to drive customer success, reduce cost of delivery, increase automation, decrease customer effort and enhance solutions.

    Manage the Professional Services practice and/or sub-functions to an agreed set of metrics, and help set the vision for its evolution.

    Set measurable goals, and expectations for team members and help them be successful. Provides service and/or solution delivery oversight to ensure all project management and/or delivery standard processes are followed.


    You're the right fit if:
    5 years managing projects in RIS/PACS technology or healthcare technology. Experience managing teams. Experience in P&L Management. Experience with forecast reporting. Knowledge in Project Management. Healthcare Technology knowledge. Knowledge in Strategic Planning. Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Methodologies. Negotiation skills.


    Bachelor's degree in:
    Computer Science or related to Healthcare Technology. PMP certification and/or ITIL Foundations is a plus. About Philips We are a health technology company.
