    We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Analyst - CX, you will have the opportunity to make a difference, using your expertise in market intelligence, lead generation, and content development to drive the growth of our business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement customer experience-focused marketing strategies, using data and insights to optimize the customer journey.
    • Identify relevant opportunities and trends for CX.
    • Analyze customer data to understand their needs and behaviors.
    • Create reports and presentations to communicate the results of actions.
    • Competitive studies and analysis.
    • Lead Generation.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
    • Manage the lead funnel and nurture them to conversion.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
    • Create informative and engaging content to attract and convert leads.
    • Manage and promote content across different marketing channels.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Intermediate to Advanced English (will participate in Global meetings).
    • Marketing experience, focusing on market intelligence, lead generation, and content development.
