Now we are looking for a Quality Specialist in Brazil who will be responsible for assisting a commercial team with INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification.

ResponsibilitiesCheck INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification necessity for requests from commercial teamCommunicate with specialised companies which provides INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification service for each product categoryReceive quotations and search for the best ratesCertification process follow upKeep track of expiration date of the current certificationsMonitor feedback and complaints to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
