    Your new role


    Supporting Streaming (Max) and Linear Channels, the Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy is part of local marketing team where will be responsible to lead go-to-market strategy and planning for the country. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others since the position will have a lot of regional stakeholders.

    Your role accountabilities

    • Lead country quarter and annual marketing planning and budget allocation in partnership with regional (LatAm) marketing team
    • Track, analyze and report country performance to LatAm leadership leadership
    • Use data to develop and measure marketing programs;
    • Identify and lead Brazil's key growth and retention opportunities for the country integrated with local team;
    • Manage cross functional teams (locally, regionally and globally) to improve engagement and growth metrics;
    • Be an agent of change leading and influencing cross teams indirectly.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor ́s Degree
    • Fluency on English
    • Solid experience in online and/or consumer marketing
    • Solid experience with metrics, churn, retention, KPI ́s for subscriptions
    • Technology affinity and track record of employing systems to drive simplification and change;

    Other Nice to Have

    • Fluency on Spanish
    • Experience in the Media and TV industry/space strongly preferred experience with online retail a plus;
