    • Develop preventive action plans if metrics fall short of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in alignment with operational Excellence Measures.
    • Maintain accurate system documentation while adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
    • Identify patterns in recurring incidents and initiate the Problem Management process.
    • Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses.
    • Utilize your expertise in PL/SQL to assist in data analysis, debugging, and query optimization to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
    • Leverage MQTT knowledge to manage and troubleshoot message queuing telemetry transport systems, ensuring reliable and efficient data communication.
    • Maintain messaging integrations with Azure Service Bus and EventHub, ensuring data flows smoothly and securely across systems.
    • Utilize Datadog for logs and monitors analysis, identifying trends, performance issues, and potential areas of improvement.

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:


    • Proficiency in PL/SQL and strong experience in working with relational databases, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.
    • Solid understanding of MQTT protocols and experience in managing message queuing telemetry transport systems.
    • Experience with messaging integrations using Azure Service Bus and EventHub is a strong advantage.
    • Familiarity with Datadog for logs and monitors analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from monitoring data.
    • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
