- Develop preventive action plans if metrics fall short of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in alignment with operational Excellence Measures.
- Maintain accurate system documentation while adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
