- Handle general inquiries for technical support and after-sales activities;
- Train partners to provide daily technical support to customers via phone line, email, or face-to-face interactions;
- Solve/ handle technical escalations from customers;
- Provide technical advice for local distributors, installers, and end-users;
Perform minor on-site inspections; commissioning; troubleshooting; and replacement of defective products with prior customer appointment;
Keep track of in-out replacements units;
Maintain frequent communication with management staff in Brazil;
Communicate effectively with Level 2 engineers based in HQ office (China);
