    About this role

    We are a tech-focused company with a tech-centric product. A big part of Lightmeter has technical engineering backgrounds.

    We are in search of a seasoned Cold Email Outreach Specialist to spearhead cold email campaigns, ensuring top-notch deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.

    Essential qualifications
    • Proven track record as a Cold Email Outreach Specialist or in similar B2B settings
    • Strong command of English (both written and verbal) with exceptional Copywriting and Communication abilities
    • Proficiency in utilizing popular Email outreach platforms (e.g., Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, Woodpecker, Reply)
    • Thorough understanding of best practices for email deliverability and effective troubleshooting methods
    • Proficiency in Software applications in general, as well as Spreadsheets, Data analytics, CRMs, etc.
    • Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality and attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Capability to work autonomously in a remote setup
    Preferred qualifications
    • Prior experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup
    • Background in a B2B SaaS enterprise
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous
    • Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Postgres, Bash) are a plus
    Responsibilities
    • Develop, oversee, and enhance cold email campaigns targeting potential clients and partners
    • Create compelling email content to grab attention and drive engagement
    • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) to pinpoint areas for enhancement
    • Tackle and resolve email deliverability challenges to secure high inbox placement and minimal bounce rates
    • Stay informed of the latest trends, best practices, and technical nuances regarding Email Deliverability and Cold Outreach
    • Establish, Monitor, and Manage email infrastructure for clients
    • Organize projects using Asana

    About the interview process

    The recruitment process consists of three main discussions, typically spread over one to two weeks.

    1st Meeting: an initial call to touch base, review professional experiences, and assess interpersonal skills.

    2nd Meeting: a follow-up interview where a challenge will be presented for you to solve as closely as possible.

    3rd Meeting: an interview with the CEO.

    4th Meeting: final queries about any previous topics, along with an introduction to the projects you will handle during your initial 3 months at Lightmeter, culminating in a company presentation for a clear understanding of the day-to-day scenario.

    5th Meeting: detailed discussion on the job offer and a request for references. At this stage, all other matters should be settled.
