Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze risks, causes, and consequences, considering the Company's value chain and processes, as well as its businesses, products, services, and strategic objectives.
• Conduct, together with the Company's teams, the identification of personal data processing, ensuring the respective mapping of the data lifecycle, as well as diagnosing the associated privacy impacts.
• Support business teams in managing risks and personal data protection initiatives, including defining approaches to reduce the residual level of risk exposure.
• Work in partnership with Internal Controls, Compliance, and PMO areas, seeking to add value to business teams in risk management aligned with Núclea's appetite.
• Develop presentations, reports, and management indicators related to the area's responsibilities.
• Support less experienced team members in executing activities and contribute to their development.
• Seek continuous professional development, adding knowledge and experience gained to improve the area's activities.
• Support management in driving continuous improvements and innovation in risk management activities, methodologies, tools, and systems, processes, and governance of personal data privacy.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT areas desirable (Information Security, Infrastructure and Networks, IT Operation, Development, Risks, Internal Controls, Data Privacy, Audit, or IT Governance)
• Knowledge of risk analysis and management methodologies (ISSO; COSO, etc.) - Advanced
• Knowledge of methodologies applied to governance and the financial market such as BIS principles, SOX, and BACEN regulation - Advanced Desirable
• Knowledge of personal data privacy management and governance methodologies (ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 29100, NIST Privacy Framework, NIST 800-53, procedures for personal data mapping and Privacy by Design execution, etc.) - Advanced Desirable
• Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL methodologies - Intermediate Desirable
• Knowledge of ISO: 22301 / 27001 / 27002 / 31000 / 27005 - Advanced Desirable
• Definition and implementation of risk indicators - Advanced
• Project planning and leadership (PMP) - Intermediate Desirable
• Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Intermediate
• Process mapping tools (ARIS, Bizagi, etc.) and risk and control management (GRC) - Advanced
• Integrated method: Processes, Risks, Internal Controls, and Compliance - Advanced
• Public presentation techniques and group interaction - Intermediate
