Business Analyst sought to join international team for continuous professional development. Key responsibilities include:
• Liaison between Product Management and TR tech teams.
• Facilitating business requirement gathering and definition using various methods.
• Analyzing and interpreting business requirements and performing current, target, gap and impact analyses.
• Translating business requirements into detailed user stories.
• Analyzing business partner operations.
• Assisting in business process redesign and documentation.
• Conducting client interviews and building prototypes.
• Preparing documents such as business and functional requirement documents.
• Applying broad knowledge of business processes and functions to anticipate organizational impacts.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience within IT.
• Functional expertise in transaction and/or web-based business applications.
• Proficient in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation, workflow analysis, and process modeling.
• Deep knowledge of UI/UX design and development.
• Proficient in creating conceptual modeling deliverables.
• Experience performing statistical and data analysis is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Visio and PowerPoint.
• Past experience with BDD and Scenario Testing.
• Advanced/fluent English. Experience with financial processes is desired.
