    Key Responsibilities:


    • Troubleshoot portal server issues and ensure report delivery in a timely manner.
    • Manage ETL file uploads, monitor ongoing/completed loads, and resolve missing data issues efficiently.


    Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science or related field is necessary. Proficiency in AWS logs monitoring tools along with ETL processes will be highly valued.
