We are looking for
"Financial Reconciliation Analyst II"
to join our team in Brazil.
Responsabilities:
Organize monthly accounts payable statements, statements, timely urge suppliers to reconcile statements, as well as reporting statements, follow up on the progress of financial paymentsOrganize monthly deductions, submit deduction slips in a timely manner, and associate them to the statementThe supplier will accept the goods within one day after arrival according to the system warehousing data, and remind the supplier to confirm the statementValidate the supplier payment information of SRM system and ensure the normal payment every monthFor the business side of the advance payment request form submitted to assess the audit, to ensure that the progress of payment and the accuracy of the audit.
Including the accuracy of the information in the advance payment request form and the assessment of the reasonableness of the advance payment requestThe strict implementation of the settlement system, process and settlement statement audit requirements.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred, more than 3 years of medium and large fashion brand apparel company reconciliation financial experienceFinance graduates, with efficient cross-departmental communication and collaboration skillsHave a strong sense of responsibility, patience and stress resistance, work carefully, rigorous, with good logical thinking ability, understanding, can quickly adapt to changeStrong learning initiative, can skillfully use OFFICE office softwareHave other Internet platform company related settlement work experience is preferred.
