    Assistente Administrativo (PCD)

    Área: Tecnologia da Informação - Administração

    Nível hierárquico: Assistente

    Modalidade de trabalho: Home Office

    Jornada: 08hrs as 17:48hrs

    Descrição:

    Atuar na área administrativa de TI executando as atividades administrativas da área, como:

    Auxiliar em tarefas administrativas do departamento;

    - Identificar e atender as solicitações das demais áreas;

    - Verificar e validar informações com os departamentos;

    - Realizar levantamento de orçamentos;

    - Realizar comunicação com fornecedores;

    - Realizar contratação de serviços com fornecedores;

    - Atualizar cadastros dos fornecedores;

    - Organizar e controlar os pagamentos: Receber notas fiscais e documentos diversos, conferindo-os, procedendo ao seu lançamento e acompanhando seu fluxo de pagamento;

    - Auxiliar em controle de informações no Excel;

    - Apoiar no controle e agendamento de instalações de internet fixa;

    - Auxiliar o departamento nas solicitações de compras de material para uso interno do departamento;

    - Colaborar com outras equipes;

    Requisitos:

    Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

    - Pontualidade e comprometimento;

    - Conhecimento em pacote office, especificamente em Excel;

    - Pro atividade;

    - Ter experiência na área administrativa.
