    Job Description Summary:

    Role summary/purpose:Work in the General Administration area, controlling Celma's engagement strategies, internal policies, programs and activities based on the goals and guidelines outlined


    Essential Responsibilities:


    • Organize and coordinate events and executive meetings, ensuring efficiency and quality standards;
    • Optimization of processes and administrative areas using Lean;
    • Identify opportunities for improvement on internal policies, procedures;
    • Manage the company'schartered transport contract;
    • Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and propose improvements.
      Required qualifications
    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration
    • Advanced administration experience.
    • Microsoft Office package Knowledge;
    • Fluent English.
