- Governance & Compliance: Ensure the solution meets all security and regulatory requirements from day one.
- Technical Education: Upskill the Software Engineers and Testers to manage their own containerization and basic deployment scripts, reducing hand-offs.
- Platform Expert: Deep mastery of AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically regarding container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and serverless architectures.
- Automation-First: Proficiency in Terraform, Pulumi, or similar IaC tools.
- Security Mindset: Experience with DevSecOps practices, including secret management and vulnerability scanning.
- Consultative Mentor: The ability to simplify complex infrastructure concepts for the rest of the team and the client stakeholders.

The DevOps Engineer at Mojo Trek is a specialized "Platform Architect" who operates as a part-time strategic member of the Elite Squad. Rather than being a bottleneck for deployments, you are an Educator and Guardrail-Builder. You empower the "Golden Three" by setting up automated CI/CD pipelines, enforcing security/compliance standards, and enabling the deep observability (DORA/DX) that defines Mojo Trek's success.
