JOB CONTEXT & MAIN STAKES:
The applicant will be a member of the IT Supply chain team/Product line. Strong interactions with worldwide IT team and worldwide supply chain teams.


MAIN OBJECTIVES:

The Supply Chain Order to Cash (O2C) Solution Expert is responsible for the delivery and performance of the O2C related products reporting to the Supply Chain product line.

His / her goal is to build scalable solutions that meet business needs, accelerate digital transformation, create/maintain a competitive advantage within CEVA's market segments while ensuring regulatory compliance.

To reach these goals, he / she needs to own overall activities and application life cycle including setup, evolution, backlog, support, maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning.

to meet the expectations of its customers in the most cost-efficient manner.
He will work in an international environment with a multi-nationality Team.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main areas of responsibility of the IS Supply Chain Order to Cash Expert are as follows:

Technology Watch And Solution Architecture : ERP, compliance solution...
Solution Design, Implementation and deployment : according to order to cash products, vision and roadmap. Collaboration with cross functional teams to understand business processes and needs. Customized

Project management :
design, build, test, user adoption, documentation. IT coordination

Solution Support and evolutions :
performance, SLA monitoring, vendors management, implement software evolution roadmap to comply with the product life cycle (build, run, decommission)

Typical profil :
Bachelors (Engineering or Information Technology) / Solid years of technical experience on target/similar application or functional domain. Courant english
