Key Responsibilities:
Deal directly & manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions & bonusesHandle complaints and provide solutions related to bonusesMonitor and evaluate the activity of customersProvide accurate information regarding company's promotionsDeliver marketing campaigns (through Optimove/ Mailup/ Locosms marketing tools


Qualification Requirements:
At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industryExperience in using CRM tools/ campaigns is a plusPassion about sports and good understanding of online gaming productsExcellent communication and a team working spiritFluency in both English and PortugueselanguageFlexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
