    We are seeking a dedicated Business Solutions Expert to play a key role in gathering business requirements and supporting implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365.


    The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, self-driven and committed to deeply understanding business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
    • Configure and customize D365 CRM to meet functional requirements.
    • Work closely with technical teams to integrate CRM with other systems.
    • Participate in project planning, estimating and project management activities.
    • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing functional support.

      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new D365 CRM features and capabilities. Mentor junior consultants when needed.
