About the role

SandBox Kids&Family Supply Chain continuously works locally and globally on prospecting and maintaining partners that match our high standards, such as quality, service, delivery and costs for all goods and services purchased and hired for the entire company.

We are looking for a remote Buyer Analyst, to be responsible for a strategic sourcing, negotiation, importing, procurement, subcontracting, and supplier management.

Developing suppliers of materials and services, as well as supervising the purchasing process and managing contracts.
What you will be doing:

Development and approval of new suppliers (nationally and internationally); Negotiations (prices and terms); Develop and execute supply strategies, ensuring total alignment with global strategies when applicable; Support and implementation of global processes when applicable; Control and assessment of purchasing needs, hiring of service providers and renegotiation of contracts in accordance with policies and procedures;;.

Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of Tech Suppliers (platforms, cyber security, leasing, antivirues, etc) Monitor performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives Complete and obtain signatures on all approval documentation; Create PO in ERP; What you ́ll need to succeed in this role:

Experience in supplier relationship and performance management including negotiation, contracting and business reviews for performance improvement. Global Mindset, collaborative approach to problem-solving, real accountability, positive peer engagement, perseverance, flexibility, agility and passion for success. RFx management (Preparation / Launch / Analysis / Reporting) Excellent communication and presentation. Experience of the global sourcing/supply chain function. Qualifications
English language advanced. Graduation in Business Administration/other Knowledge of the Content market Differentials
