In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting users, communicating effectively with key stakeholders, and executing a comprehensive business preparation plan to meet both project and business objectives, ensuring the success of our projects.

• Act as the guardian of the change management frameworks used by our client.
• Serve as a point of contact for business users and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a business communication plan, including aspects of training, engagement, cutover, golive, and hypercare communications.
• Manage user access and permissions during the rollout phase.
• Collaborate with the cutover team to ensure smooth transitions of user access rights.
• Assist in UATrelated user access and authorization management.
• Address any issues related to user access identified during UAT.
• Monitor and manage user access and permissions during the deployment phase.
• Provide hypercare support related to user access and authorization issues.

• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile and Traditional).
• Expertise in change management and user access methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in SAP (preferably S/4 HANA modules like RTR/TAX, PTP, SUPPLY, and OTC).
• Understanding of Business Processes (one of RTR/TAX, PTP, SUPPLY, and OTC).
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Strong problemsolving ability.
• Effective decisionmaking skills.
• Proficient time management capabilities.
