    About the Position

    Role: Payroll Analyst (Brazil)

    Focal Point: Payroll and Labor Relations

    As a Payroll Analyst focused on payroll and labor relations, you will execute our HR operations in Brazil. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with labor and social security laws, managing payroll, and providing exceptional support to employees and managers. This position is crucial for enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Operationalize daily HR and payroll routines to meet deadlines.
    • Monitor and manage contracts with HR service providers.
    • Provide efficient support to employees and managers via internal systems for HR inquiries and labor issues.
    • Manage employee absences, including scheduling, medical evaluations, and documentation.
    • Ensure strict adherence to collective agreements and labor legislation to mitigate legal risks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
    • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration in Brazil.
    • In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security laws.
    • Proficiency in HR information systems and management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
    • English and Spanish are a plus.
