Customer Support Specialist (Portuguese)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Portuguese-speaking professional to bridge the gap between our users and global operations team, ensuring world-class support via Zendesk while contributing to localized growth.

• Job Description:  Handle user inquiries in Portuguese, including some English tickets, providing efficient assistance using Zendesk. Document and organize user feedback and technical issues for timely syncing with User Operations.


• Required Skills & Qualifications: 
  - Proficient in written and verbal Portuguese
  - Strong written English or Chinese proficiency is advantageous
  - Detail-oriented, patient, highly responsible

• > Flexible work schedule of 6 days/week approx 2 hours/day with flexible start/end time within +/- hour based on ticket volume


• > Remote position allowing flexibility but requiring timely responses within 24 hours
