Job Description

We are seeking a DocuSign Consultant to support sales and procurement digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on new project implementations, enhancements, ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of ServiceNow support requests.

• Configure and maintain DocuSign workflows including fixes and new implementations.


• Provide global user support responding to cases and assisting end users.


• Perform governance activities such as workflow failure analysis access reviews knowledge sharing with other CLM administrators is expected too.
