    • This is a role for an HR Specialist.


    Overview:


    We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. This position will provide essential human resources support to our LATAM team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and process improvement.



    Responsibilities:


    • Drive HR initiatives and develop effective strategies to enhance the work environment.
    • Collaborate with managers to build and optimize HR functions within their teams.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with employees through regular communication and conflict resolution skills.
    • Coordinate day-to-day employee life cycle functions including onboarding/offboarding/adaptation/orientation programs.


    Skills Required:
