Responsibilities

Team Development

• Talent Acquisition: Identify skill gaps and lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team.
• Mentorship and Training: Encourage talent growth through direct mentorship and creating training programs.
• Team Composition: Strategically organize teams, matching individual strengths and skills to project requirements.

Technical Leadership

• Architectural Decisions: Advocate and guide the adoption of sustainable and forward-thinking technical structures.
• Technical Roadmap: Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
• Hands-on Guidance: Lead by example by actively participating in architecture workshops.

Project Management

• Budgeting: Collaborate with the project manager to handle and distribute project finances.
• Timelines: Supervise the creation and adherence to project schedules, ensuring timely completion.

Process Improvement
