Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

Advanced English

(spoken and written)Fluent Spanish levelExperience working as a Scrum Master for three or more yearsHave worked in at least two similar companies or projectsSolid experience with Jira and ConfluenceAvailability to work within Spain's time zoneWork experience in the IT industryIt would be a plus to have experience with Miro, Mural, and OKRs
