    Account Executive sells Infobip products to new Infobip customers and generates net new business. The role identifies and generates new business opportunities and pursues leads that are provided against a focused target account list.

    In addition to the actual sales activities, Account Executive is usually one of the most experienced sales representatives, so it is expected of him/her to share his/her knowledge with the rest of the team members, mentor newly recruited sales team members, answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Focuses on lead qualification and closure for a successful sale.
  • Sells a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a customer's base (provided target account list) in a designated team/squad.
  • Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (, SE for demo). Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
  • Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
  • Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiates pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Maintains client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs, or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health.
  • As required cross-sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (, renegotiation).
  • As a Leading contributor individually and as a team member, provide direction and mentoring to others.
  • Qualifications

  • At least years of applicable experience, including solution sales experience (SaaS sales experience preferred).
  • Extensive market knowledge
  • Successful sales track record - commission earnings.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • CXO level influencer.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
  • Advanced English Level is a must
