As we expand our poker and gaming payment infrastructure, we are seeking a highly skilled Stablecoin Payments Manager to lead and optimize stablecoin-based settlement and liquidity operations.

This is a high-impact role where operational precision, blockchain expertise, and capital efficiency directly influence performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stablecoin-based payment flows (USDT, USDC, and similar) across poker and gaming platforms.
• Manage wallet infrastructure (hot/cold wallets) and ensure secure, efficient transaction processing.
• Optimize liquidity allocation across platforms to minimize transfer costs and settlement delays.
• Coordinate with exchanges, OTC desks, and payment providers for conversions and liquidity management.
• Monitor blockchain transaction activity, fees, confirmation times, and operational risk exposure.
• Implement AML/KYC and transaction monitoring controls for crypto payments.
• Prepare treasury and payment performance reports, including liquidity ratios and cost efficiency metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing stablecoin or cryptocurrency payment operations.
• Strong understanding of blockchain networks (e.g., TRC20, ERC20), wallet management, and exchange operations.
• Experience handling high-volume crypto transactions in gaming, trading, or fintech environments.
• Solid knowledge of liquidity management, volatility mitigation, and crypto-to-fiat conversion strategies.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

What We Offer
