We are breaking down barriers to the mass adoption of electric vehicles, focusing on motorcycles.

    We offer a subscription-based rental package supported by a network of proprietary battery swap stations that is revolutionizing transportation in São Paulo, Brazil. With hundreds of users completing thousands of battery swaps weekly, our platform is thriving.

    Job Description

    This role will be responsible for one of the key metrics in the company: the occupancy rate (% of rented bikes vs. available ones).

    You will shape the strategies and operations that drive our rapid expansion and success in the electric mobility market, creating the ecosystem necessary for this growth.

    We are looking for a top performer in growth to take on this responsibility. This person must be open to understanding our challenges and adapting the strategy accordingly. They should also have the right hacker mentality, being open to driving new paths.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, test, and implement diverse growth strategies to drive expansion and success.
    • Design and implement sales funnels and processes from the ground up, utilizing data-driven approaches to test, refine, and validate various strategies.
    • Configure and optimize key sales tools, including CRM systems and chatbots, to enhance sales efficiency and lead engagement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support sales strategies.
    • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and identify best practices.
    • Streamline and enhance sales operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
    • Lead the integration of AI and other innovative technologies into sales strategies, exploring new methods to achieve optimal results.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years in growth-related roles, with a proven track record in driving significant growth.
    • Demonstrated success in high-autonomy roles at startups, building and testing growth strategies from the ground up.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and prove hypotheses with data.
    • Expertise with essential sales tools, including CRM systems and chatbots.
    • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both customers and the sales team.
    • A comfort level engaging directly with potential customers to gain deep insights and understand the story behind the numbers.
    • A proven track record of creating and implementing business processes to streamline sales operations.
    • Proficiency in SQL is required; knowledge of Python and AI tools is a plus.

    What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
