    Mission:

    The Sales Manager forCG and DG Projects (Small and Large Utility-Scale)is a key position that builds and maintains a close relationship with major project developers, utilities and independent power producers, and large utility-scale accounts.

    The Sales Manager is responsible for leveraging GoodWe's best-in-class technology to establish GoodWe as a strong partner in the large-utility scale market in the South America region.

    This role wins and steers projects from the conception through contract execution.


    Main responsibilities:
    Develop strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets and contribute to the growth of GoodWe.

    Define actions and strategies to raise brand awareness to key customers and position GoodWe's products in the utility market(DG and CG) , focusing on the SAM market.

    Responsible for establishing, developing, maintaining, and reinforcing solid relationships with key customers within the PV Industry.

    Actively pursue sales opportunities and pipelines, create and nurture strong and resilient business relationships with strategic partners like project Developers, EPCs, Technical advisors, investors, and other project stakeholders.

    Deeply understand customers ́ business models, strategies, and needs to bring them the best possible support and LCOE solution design to develop win-win collaboration opportunities.

    Build strong cooperation and work closely with the Marketing department.
    ProfileA minimum of 5 years experience in utility-scale PV projects.
    Business development expertise with a proven sales track record in the PV industry.
    Highly experienced in project sales contract negotiations and tendering skills.
    Strong understanding of IPPs, EPCs, and technical advisors' business needs in the Solar industry.
    Previous sales experience with solar inverter vendors is preferred.
    Solid understanding of inverter technology, supply contracts, and PV market trends.
    Familiar with industry standards and practices.
    Able to work with a high degree of independence.
