    Logistics Operations Specialist


    Job Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily transportation management functions.


    In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with carriers, customers and internal stakeholders to track and trace e-Commerce shipments in North America. Your analytical skills will be utilized to identify possible delays and create action plans to resolve issues promptly.


    The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation or warehouse settings, preferably in parcel transportation. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.


    **Key Responsibilities:*

      • Track and trace e-Commerce shipments in North America (sales, returns, trade-ins, replacements)
      • Analyze weekly and monthly on-time delivery metrics (OTD) for North America
      • Collaborate with Transportation carriers for root cause analysis and action plans
      • Resolve escalations from customers and/or internal stakeholders regarding shipment status until resolution by collaborating with Transportation carriers and other teams/functions (Customer Support, Fulfillment, 3PL)
