    About the Role:

    The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards at all times.



    Main Responsibilities:


    • Act as primary point of contact for guests throughout their temporary accommodation stay, providing prompt and efficient support to ensure seamless guest experiences.

    • Rapidly resolve and manage guest-reported maintenance and service issues with minimal disruption to guests' stays.

    • Process client extension requests accurately and efficiently to maintain timely communication with clients.

    • Foster consistently high customer satisfaction through strong attention to detail, delivering tailored solutions that meet individual needs.
