Role Description

• We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Technical Business Analyst. This individual will play a critical role in supporting integration-heavy platforms and collaborating closely with Engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

About You:

You have excellent technical skills, including experience managing backlogs using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools, as well as advanced understanding of APIs and web technologies such as REST, JSON, authentication, error handling, and request/response flows.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary coordination point between Engineering teams and external API/integration partners.
• Own intake, triage, prioritization, assignment of technical defects/enhancement requests. Translate business/partner needs into detailed technical requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Support onboarding new integration partners req validation/credential setup/testing coordination/certification/go-live support.
