    What You Will Do:


    • Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to drive growth;


    • Identify and establish business relationships/needs for each target market and/or application;


    • Define a regional strategy and implement a business plan for the first few years;


    • Maintain customer relationships to collect and analyze technical, financial, marketing and sales information for the product line;


    • Work closely with the organization to ensure strategies meet annual operating plan (AOP) and growth targets;


    • Work closely with the technical lead to understand the advantages and disadvantages of technical approaches to customer proposals;


    • Perform market assessments to determine the best channel and strategy to sell ChampionX solutions;


    • Guarantee business profitability based on what is required by the company;


    • Identify and leverage resources to conduct technical/product training for customers in specific accounts;


    • Participate in product commercialization strategy, research and development requirements and development priority for new and emerging products;


    • Promote Join Selling sales together with the PCT team;


    • Demonstrate effective safety leadership to foster the company's commitment to a safety culture by ensuring that health, safety, environment and quality and reliability are the responsibility of all employees.

    Minimum qualifications:


    • Complete degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering


    • Minimum experience of 5 years in mechanical lifting systems (Rod Lift)


    • Good computer skills, including the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel


    • Fluent English


    • Active Registration at CREA


    • Ability to work without direct supervision


    • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills


    • Competitive attitude focused on results
