Principais AtividadesJOB DESCRIPTION
Contratação fornecedores e realização de logística de eventos;
Compras externas;
Controles administrativos e financeiros;
e sistema de viagens e outros;
Interface entre instrutores e fornecedores para logística de turmas presenciais (coffee, sala, etc.);
Geração e acompanhamento dos links de turmas síncronas;
Controle de turmas em plataforma de aprendizagem;
Suporte na etapa de ingresso nas turmas, garantindo o acesso correto aos links;
Suporte no processo pós aplicação de Lives Comercial;
Apoio na organização do cronograma de treinamento.
Experiência Desejada e Formação Acadêmica
Desejável 1 ano de experiência na área de Eventos, logística de treinamentos / compras;
Pacote Office; em especial Outlook, Excel e Teams
Habilidades
Ter excelente comunicação escrita e oral, proatividade, relacionamento interpessoal, foco no cliente, facilidade em resolução de problemas e visão analítica e processual (trabalho com entregas e prazos).
Atuará diretamente com o cliente VIVO e áreas internas GP (criação, desenvolvimento, aplicação)
