    Work Content

    Procurement strategy development

    • Develop and execute supply strategies, ensuring total alignment with global strategies when applicable;
    • Manage relationship with suppliers;
    • Manage all risks of supply and develop contingence plans;
    • Develop market analysis;
    • Analyse SRM data to ensure best service level from suppliers;
    • Map potential Third Party Manufacters in Latam to attend the business needs;
    • Benchmark with Global team to define the appropriate strategy.

    Procurement strategy execution

    • Ensures that end-users requirements are sufficiently detailed;
    • Accountable for all prices to be placed within service level agreement (SLA) limits;
    • Follows up on projects execution activities and takes appropriate action;
    • Identify/action cost reduction programmes/procedures;
    • Administers the tendering system (SAP/ARIBA);
    • Manages and submits monthly work reports to the procurement manager;
    • Visit suppliers with frequency to guarantee service level and continues improvement.

    Supply base management

    • Analyses data related to macro and microenvironment, market sectors, develops knowledge on industry characteristics and trends;
    • Builds cost models to determine should cost and total cost of ownership (TCO) of supplier commodities to support supplier negotiations;
    • Takes cognizance of requests from end-users and suppliers for the adding and/or removal of items to contracts and informs contract management accordingly;
    • Develops and implements strategies for negotiations with suppliers;
    • Build a robust contract in order to protect the business;
    • Define strategy of TPM's per region and technologies.

    Stakeholder relationship management

    • Promotes interaction with end-users to ensure supplier development and appreciation of end-user requirements;
    • Establishes and maintains effective supplier relationships with suppliers, so that the benefits of better communication and understanding may be reaped by the company;
    • Keeps the end-users informed regarding the latest issues involving their requirements and the influences that external forces could have on their situation;
    • Liaise with end users/stakeholders;
    • Facilitates communication and information flow between end-users and the supply market.

    Daily activities management

    • Manage priorities and provides guidance on how purchase requisitions should be tackled with operational team;
    • Ensure systems, policies and procedure adherence;
    • Ensures that local sourcing practices and processes conform to overall procurement policies;
    • Keep contracts always updated and validated with all areas envolved.

    Requirements & Skills

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing;
    • Strong knowledge in cost management;
    • University Graduated;
    • Advanced English level;
    • Advanced Spanish level;
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel;
    • Domain of negotiation techniques and Strategic Sourcing.

    Advanced Requirements (nice to have)

    • Strong knowledge of Market and main supplier of Direct Materials and Third Party Manufacters and copackers;
    • SAP/Ariba systems previous experience;
    • SRM previous experience;
    • Basic Spanish level.

    • São Paulo/SP - Vila Olímpia;
    • Hybrid model - 2 days in the office and 3 remotely.
