    Job Description

    Drive Ant International's expansion in Brazil by developing strategic partnerships that scale our presence in the fintech market. This role requires a skilled professional to identify prospecting opportunities, build foundational relationships, and ensure agreements are closed efficiently.



    Required Skills & Qualifications


    1. Partnership Development:



    • Identify, develop, and close key partnerships with various types of partners and platforms.

    • Work with internal teams to manage expectations and deliver solutions based on customer needs.


     


    The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience working inside TOP BR platforms or PSPs managing partnerships along with strong networking skills at C-level within Brazilian trade merchants networks.
    A sharp strategist who can adapt to fast-paced sales cycles is required
    Having a consultative/solution sales process knowledge along with the 'Challenger' approach including buyer profiling risk assessment would be beneficial. We also value business acumen development growth while adhering ethical codes.​
