Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to deliver technical training and product consulting services for our scientific information solutions in Latin America (based in Brazil). This is a contract-based engagement.

The consultant will provide pre- and post-sale technical training and product consulting to users of our solutions, including SciFinder, BioFinder, and STNext, with a focus on Life Sciences content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver instructional materials for technical training events, user meetings, and conferences


• Conduct on-site and virtual sessions to educate customers on CAS solutions and best practices

Certifications: Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Chemistry related fields like drug discovery/ pharmaceutical development . Min 5 years of experience as trainer/customer success/product manager. Fluency in Portuguese; English Spanish proficiency is plus Proficient Microsoft Office Suite , Zoom Teams CRM Systems Salesforce LEX.,
