We are seeking a talented Analista de Segurança do Trabalho (Occupational Health and Safety Analyst) to join our team at Mondelēz International in Curitiba, Brazil.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents
• Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
• Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances
• Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities
• Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence
• Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards

Requirements

• Experience with project management or HSE portfolios
• Knowledge in process safety and personal safety
• Advanced English language skills
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Completed degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Completed training in Occupational Health and Safety
• Availability for travel

Preferrred Qualifications

• Especialização em Eng. De Segurança do Trabalho – concluída ou em andamento)
• Experience in the food industry
• Knowledge in SAP

Location

Curitiba, Brazil (100% on-site work)
