    Job Role The Global Senior Event Coordinator will work closely with various internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that all events are executed seamlessly and align with the company's objectives and brand standards.

    What you will do Plan and execute corporate global events from conception to completion, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.

    Collaborate with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements and ensure that events align with company goals and messaging.

    Coordinate with external vendors, such as event agencies, caterers, audio-visual providers, and event venues, to negotiate contracts, manage logistics, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

    Develop and own theproject planning including event agenda, timelines, checklists, and other measures to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

    Oversee event communication and promotion efforts, including creating event invitations (e.g. Outlook blockers), managing RSVPs, and coordinating with the communication team to ensure effective event promotion. Manage post-event activities, including gathering feedback, evaluating event success, and preparing post-event reports and analysis.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new event technologies to continuously improve event planning processes and enhance event experiences.

    Documenting the activity and creating Standard Operating and creating procedures for various types of events What you bring Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.

    Proven multi-year experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. Flexibility to travel internationally as needed for event execution. You have Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and to face and adapt to changes and challenges to overcome them quickly.

    Proficiency in event management, software, and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and create memorable event experiences.
