    As a result of our rapid growth, we are looking for a talented Inside Sales Executive (LATAM) to join our Sales Team.

    Our industry-leading range of online product services means we get quality inbound B2B leads from a wide range of industries and sectors worldwide.

    You'll be managing new business opportunities and will be responsible for the full life journey from initial contact all the way until the close of the sale.

    We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities:
    Managing prospective accounts through the full sales cycle. Selling to both commercial organizations and governments across a range of industry verticals. Managing your own pipeline and account base in Salesforce CRM. Keeping Salesforce CRM updated including sales activity, meetings, pipeline, forecasting, etc. Confident telephone sales manner. Ability to present demonstrations on services by video conference and in person if necessary. Accurately calculate quotations, and handle invoices and license agreements. Gathering and reporting business and market intelligence and industry trends. Sharing Customer feedback, and communicating product and service opportunities, with internal teams at MarineTraffic. Maintain in-depth knowledge of MarineTraffic product lines and services. Becoming an expert in handling and understanding our big data, web-based, and software resources. Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets and lead contract negotiations. Execute business development activity to strategically grow the customer base through prospecting and cold calling. Leverage a repeatable sales process to drive to closure. Traveling approximately - 4 times a year to represent MarineTraffic at industry events and conferences. Report to the Regional Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

    Requirements It is essential that you possess:

    Experience in Maritime, Shipping, Supply Chain & Logistics At least 2 years sales experience working for a technology company selling solutions (API, Data, Cloud, Software, SaaS).

    Have a successful track record of selling a complex product or proposition by taking a consultative approach – you effectively build rapport, define needs and close because you propose the right solution.

    Experience in using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) and related processes. Have strong numerical and analytical skills. Regularly exceeds targets and works to accomplish KPIs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in English & Spanish. Shows an aptitude for prioritizing, planning, and attention to detail. Takes initiative and manage your own time to good effect.


    Possess good computer skills:
    you are comfortable using Microsoft Office products and other collaborative software such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence or others. Excellent presentation skills and effectively addressing customers' concerns. A collaborative approach to working with others, both internally and externally. A Bachelor's degree or higher. Demonstrating 5 or more years of prior work experience may be used in lieu of a degree.


    Nice to have:
    Ability to communicate in Portuguese will be HUGE PLUS.
