    Job Description

    We are seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in load analysis to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing structural conditions of rooftops and framing systems, designing or verifying the configuration of racking and attachment systems, performing load analysis to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, and working in a high-volume production environment.

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline, preferably civil or structural engineering. Proficiency in technical analysis and structural design tools is a plus but not required. Strong English communication skills are essential for coordination with US-based engineering leads.
